Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient’s trauma background and design appropriate therapeutic approaches.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients manage trauma symptoms and promote emotional healing.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate integrated care that addresses all aspects of a patient's mental health.

• Provide crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patients receive immediate support and guidance.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available mental health resources to empower their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a recognized, accredited institution.

• Possession of current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
