Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' histories and determine appropriate treatment modalities.

• Engage in regular collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to work with individuals affected by various forms of trauma, including those dealing with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorder impacts. The therapist must demonstrate a profound understanding of trauma-related disorders and exhibit resilience-building techniques tailored to individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in the state of Massachusetts as a LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.

Compensation and Benefits\n
