Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, identifying individual needs and crafting tailored treatment plans that align with patients’ goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, across individual, couple, and family settings.

• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational groups and support services to foster a sense of community and provide resources to those facing similar challenges.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, addressing all aspects of mental health.

• Provide crisis intervention services to support clients during emergencies, demonstrating competence and empathy in high-pressure situations.
\n
• Educate patients on mental health conditions and treatment options, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records using electronic health record (EHR) systems, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines for documentation.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in case consultations, team meetings, and related training opportunities to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidates will work with a diverse client population, including individuals from various cultures, backgrounds, and experiences. Our patients are often navigating significant emotional challenges such as anxiety, trauma, and addiction, and our therapists must demonstrate sensitivity and understanding in addressing these complex issues. Building rapport and trust with clients is essential for effective treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Massachusetts.
\n
• Deep understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment methodologies, and therapeutic approaches.
\n
• Experience in conducting comprehensive assessments and developing effective, individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to deliver both individual and group therapy to a range of populations.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective engagement with clients and team members.

• Strong ethical framework with the ability to maintain professional boundaries and judgment.
\n
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer applications.
\n
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in an outpatient setting or community health clinic is preferred.

• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
