Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to identify patients' trauma histories and develop tailored treatment approaches.

• Utilize interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing.

• Deliver engaging individual and group therapy sessions that empower patients to process their trauma and develop effective coping mechanisms.

• Work in close collaboration with psychiatrists and other health professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support essential during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate assistance and safety for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts.

• Strong foundational knowledge regarding trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a compassionate and non-judgmental approach is crucial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
