Key Responsibilities\n

• Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, obstacles, and aspirations. Utilize standardized assessment tools and methods to create a detailed client profile.

• Therapeutic Interventions: Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions for clients spanning all age groups. You will address various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders while employing therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Personalized Treatment Plans: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that set clear, achievable goals and intervention strategies in alignment with clients’ preferences and mental health objectives.

Compensation and Benefits\n
