Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly evidence-based therapy sessions through live video conferencing, addressing a range of emotional and mental health issues.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for individual clients or couples based on initial assessments and ongoing evaluations.

• Collaborate actively with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists, ensuring an integrated approach to client care.

• Utilize automated self-assessments and progress tracking tools to adapt treatment plans, continuously striving for measurable outcomes.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations using our secure therapist portal, ensuring patient confidentiality and data integrity.

• Engage in regular consultation and supervision sessions with the Therapy Leadership Team for professional growth and support.

• Deliver in-depth assessments to determine each client's unique strengths and challenges, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our team, you will primarily work with adults (ages 13 and up) facing a variety of mental health challenges. This includes but is not limited to mood disorders, anxiety symptoms, and relational issues within couples. Your expertise will be crucial in providing tailored therapy sessions that cater to the diverse cultural backgrounds and personal experiences of our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
