Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing a dedicated caseload of clients, establishing positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professionalism and ethical standards.

• Conducting regular follow-up meetings with clients to assess progress, planning next steps, and determining discharge readiness when appropriate.

• Engaging in individual supervision sessions for continual learning and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• A current, active, unrestricted LMHC license.
\n
• At least one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.

• Proficiency in computer systems, including spreadsheet software, RMS systems, email, and EHR tools such as Pimsy.

• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, demonstrating capacity for compassionate care.

• Comfort and skill in conducting intake assessments.
