Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting remote individual and group therapy sessions that adhere to evidence-based practices, utilizing platforms designed for telehealth.

• Performing thorough intake evaluations to assess mental health needs and creating tailored treatment plans that align with the goals of each client.

• Providing referral services, comprehensive mental health counseling, and crisis interventions as required to ensure client safety and support.

• Maintaining detailed documentation that complies with Federal, State, and organizational standards to ensure comprehensive records of client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Logan Mental Health Clinic, you will support a diverse clientele, ranging from adolescents to adults, each facing unique challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Your role will be crucial in enhancing their coping strategies and improving their overall mental health outcomes through personalized care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.

• An active licensure in Washington State (LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC) is mandatory.
