Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments, utilizing psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and comprehensive risk assessments to inform treatment decisions.

• Develop tailored treatment plans in partnership with clients that reflect their unique needs, preferences, and cultural identities.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), across various formats: individual, couple, family, and group therapy.

• Perform crisis interventions for clients in acute distress, coordinating care with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless support.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation within our electronic health record system, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to all regulatory guidelines.

• Empower patients and their families through psychoeducation, enhancing their ability to manage mental health conditions and fostering self-efficacy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, striving for a holistic approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
