Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's needs.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions grounded in evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy to individuals, couples, and family groups.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to legal and ethical standards to ensure client confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCPC at Adelphi Healthcare Services, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families experiencing a wide spectrum of mental health challenges. Your expertise will be crucial in providing support for anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated knowledge of legal and ethical standards pertaining to mental health practices.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to foster comprehensive client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
