Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities designed to facilitate the mental and emotional well-being of young adults in our outpatient treatment center. You will:

• Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions that foster connection among clients, providing a safe space for them to share experiences, support each other, and learn important coping skills.

• Conduct Individual Therapy: Offer personalized counseling sessions, employing empathy and active listening to help clients explore their thoughts and feelings while developing actionable strategies for their personal growth.

• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create individualized and goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and aspirations, setting clear, measurable objectives for their progress.

• Monitor Client Progress: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback methods to evaluate clients' progress and efficacy of treatment plans, making necessary adjustments to enhance their overall experience and outcomes.

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with other healthcare professionals within our multidisciplinary team, maintaining open lines of communication, coordinating care, and consulting on complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves young adults aged 18 to 30 dealing with mental health challenges through our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Our client population includes individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional and psychological issues. As an LCPC, your skills will be crucial in helping these clients navigate their journeys towards recovery and personal empowerment.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess a valid LCPC license in the state of Nevada. A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required. In addition, a strong understanding of evidence-based practices and a commitment to continual learning and development in the mental health field is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with a background in working with young adults or within community health clinics will have an advantage. Experience with holistic treatment modalities and group therapy facilitation is highly beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers an attractive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
