Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Provide therapeutic services through modalities tailored to each client's unique situation, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, striving to instill hope and support clients throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Utilize Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software to maintain accurate, secure, and up-to-date client documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, psychiatrists, and social workers to ensure a holistic approach to client care that addresses all facets of well-being.

• Engage in continual professional development opportunities such as workshops and seminars to stay current with advancements in mental health treatment and research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.

• $3,000 sign-on bonus for newly hired Licensed Professional Counselors.
