Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate personalized therapy sessions for individuals, couples, or families using a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand client needs and construct effective, individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment progress in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate in regular virtual team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education training sessions to enhance clinical skills.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other therapists, to ensure holistic client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing mental health services to a diverse student population within school settings. You will assist children and adolescents facing various challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. This role is crucial in promoting mental wellness in the educational environment, consequently positively impacting students’ academic and social success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• An active and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of California is required.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience post-licensure, ideally in mental health settings.

• Proficiency with telehealth tools and comfort in a fully remote work setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of $90,000 - $110,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
