Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' presenting problems to develop tailored treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate referrals for ongoing behavioral health follow-up services for clients with psychological disorders that require longer-term intervention or additional medical support.

• Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation in adherence to state regulations and organizational policies using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals and administrative support staff to enhance the continuity of care.

• Provide ongoing social work services to patients and their families, aiding them in understanding their treatment options and resources available to them.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Professional Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Active licensure in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD $120,000 and $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
