Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental, emotional, and social needs, resulting in detailed clinical reports that inform treatment pathways.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that are structured around measurable goals to track client progress and optimize therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation of all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes through our digital health records system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Monitor client progress closely, adjusting treatment plans and therapeutic approaches as necessary, and actively collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams to enhance overall care coordination.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external health partners, fostering a supportive network that enhances the treatment experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adults facing various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, which necessitates a culturally competent and empathetic approach to counseling. By utilizing telehealth platforms, you will meet clients where they are, allowing greater access and convenience for those who may have previously faced barriers to traditional in-person therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required for this position.

• A valid and active LPCC license in California is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 115,000 – 120,000 annually , depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
