Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to create tailored treatment plans for clients, ensuring their unique needs and circumstances are fully considered.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, drawing from a diverse array of methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care, addressing mental health within a broader context of well-being.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems effectively.
