Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health status to identify appropriate treatment needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that effectively address clients' unique challenges and goals.

• Provide daily therapeutic sessions to youth and adults, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate healing and recovery.

• Facilitate both group and individual counseling sessions, promoting open dialogue and engagement among participants.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including intakes, treatment updates, and discharge plans, in accordance with ethical standards and HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field, coupled with current LPC licensure and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our organization offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Notably, we provide a sign-on bonus designed to facilitate your transition into our team.
