Work Environment\n

Our work environment is primarily remote, allowing mental health professionals the flexibility to connect with clients in a virtual setting. You will work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate client needs. Collaborating with a diverse team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists, you'll participate in a culture that values teamwork, knowledge sharing, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to evaluate patients' needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate and lead psychoeducational support groups that promote mental health awareness and community support.
\n
• Collaborate with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care tailored to each patient’s treatment goals.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
\n
• Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to support their recovery.
\n
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in case consultations, team meetings, and training sessions.

• Stay informed about advancements in mental health treatment to continually enhance your practice.

Our client base consists of a diverse range of individuals, including adults and adolescents, who are experiencing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Education: Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Licensure: Must hold current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Knowledge Base: Strong understanding of mental health disorders, including but not limited to affective disorders, anxiety disorders, and substance use disorders.

• Assessment Skills: Proven ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop effective, evidence-based treatment plans.

• Therapeutic Skills: Experience in delivering individual and group therapy to a diverse population.

• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.

• Judgment: Strong ethical standards and sound professional judgment in maintaining patient confidentiality and professional boundaries.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in EHR systems and familiarity with various software applications related to mental health practice.

• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to a supportive work environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing teletherapy and familiarity with virtual counseling techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
