Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate the comprehensive substance abuse and mental health needs of clients, employing standardized tools and interviewing techniques.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that integrate both substance abuse treatment strategies and mental health interventions, tailoring approaches as necessary to meet each client's unique needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to promote the clients' engagement and recovery.

• Collaborate closely with a diverse treatment team—including psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers—to ensure holistic care and continuity of services for clients.

• Provide psychoeducation and family support sessions to enhance the understanding of addiction and mental health issues, fostering a supportive home environment for clients.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation in accordance with state regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
