Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' histories of substance abuse as well as their mental health needs.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address both addiction and any co-occurring mental health disorders through personalized interventions.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, ensuring that each client receives comprehensive and integrated support.

• Educate and support the families of clients, promoting active involvement in the recovery process and enhancing their understanding of addiction and mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve primarily include adults struggling with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is a must.

• Possession of a master’s degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
