Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse histories along with their mental health status.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of clients, addressing both addiction and any underlying mental health disorders.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and therapeutic group discussions, leveraging evidence-based practices to enhance client engagement and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/MHSP) , Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , or a doctoral degree in psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Specialized training or demonstrable experience in addiction counseling is essential.

• Knowledge of and experience with evidence-based practices for addressing substance abuse and co-occurring disorders are crucial.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, or familiarity with telehealth platforms will find their skills particularly relevant in this role. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) is highly preferred as you will be expected to maintain detailed and compliant documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
