Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings that evaluate clients' substance abuse history and underlying mental health conditions.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, addressing both addiction issues and co-occurring disorders.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to foster client engagement and progress.

• Collaborate with fellow treatment team members, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide integrated care tailored to the clients' progress and feedback.

• Support families through education and counseling, helping them understand addiction and how they can effectively contribute to their loved one's recovery process.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

You will be working with a diverse population of adult clients navigating the complexities of substance abuse and mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required; a master’s or doctoral degree is preferred.

• Demonstrated expertise in addiction counseling, evidenced by specialized training or relevant certifications.

• Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary evidence-based practices for treating substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders.

• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills, coupled with a proven ability to motivate and inspire clients toward recovery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
