Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting detailed mental health assessments to identify patients’ conditions and create individualized treatment plans that promote their recovery and resilience.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to guide patients through their treatment journeys.

• Facilitating psychoeducational workshops and support groups to empower individuals, couples, and families with coping strategies and communal support.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive and holistic patient care.

• Providing crisis intervention and support during emergencies, utilizing appropriate de-escalation techniques to manage acute mental health situations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
