Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance use history and mental health symptoms, utilizing standardized tools and evidence-based methods.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction issues and underlying mental health conditions, ensuring a thorough and individualized approach.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that utilize various evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate effectively with other treatment team members, including psychiatrists and medical staff, to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for each client.

• Educate and involve clients' families in the recovery process, providing them with resources and tools to support their loved ones effectively.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies, using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on individuals struggling with substance use disorders, including but not limited to alcohol and opioid addiction. You will work with a diverse client population, ranging from those new to recovery to those experiencing relapse or co-occurring mental health disorders, such as anxiety and depression. Qualifications\n

• A valid license in Pennsylvania as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is necessary for this position.

The competitive salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
