Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and screenings that evaluate clients' histories of substance use and mental health challenges.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques and best practices to enhance clients' self-awareness, coping mechanisms, and motivation for recovery.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to client care.

As a member of our therapy team, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing substance use disorders, often accompanied by co-occurring mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, or trauma. Qualifications\n

• A valid and recognized license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory, while a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
