Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, identifying psychosocial stressors and capabilities to inform treatment planning.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Provide direct therapeutic services, including individual and group counseling sessions, to help clients cope with various mental health conditions, substance abuse issues, and life challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with organizational protocols and California state regulations, ensuring a clear record of patient progress and outcomes.

• Educate families and caregivers about available community resources to facilitate holistic support systems for clients.

• Engage in crisis intervention and management, employing de-escalation techniques and therapeutic approaches to provide immediate support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
