Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting one-on-one therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to their unique needs.

• Implementing and evaluating treatment plans, while adjusting strategies based on client feedback and therapeutic outcomes.

• Engaging with external treatment providers, placement agencies, and community resources to develop comprehensive care strategies.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Participating actively in team meetings, contributing to discussions about patient care, team dynamics, and organizational improvements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, including adults, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
