Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health status, utilizing established diagnostic criteria to inform treatment planning.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect clients' individual goals and foster their emotional and psychological growth.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for adults, employing a range of evidence-based techniques that may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other methodologies.

• Deliver teletherapy services, ensuring seamless communication and support for clients through virtual platforms that maintain confidentiality and compliance.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing your expertise to de-escalate situations and promote immediate safety.

• Participate in ongoing professional development initiatives, enhancing your skills and staying current with emerging mental health best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve forging meaningful connections with each client, understanding their unique situations, and tailoring therapeutic approaches accordingly.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or hold a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong therapeutic relationships with clients and collaboration with colleagues.

• A clean disciplinary record with the licensing board is mandatory.
