Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of patients, including their trauma history and experiences.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and personal empowerment.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on helping patients process traumatic experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and promote holistic healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals affected by a variety of trauma-related disorders, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Your role is vital in helping these patients understand their trauma responses, navigate their healing journey, and ultimately reclaim control over their lives.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas is mandatory.

• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience, demonstrating effective therapeutic skills.
