Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health evaluations to assess each individual's unique trauma history and determine effective treatment plans.

• Develop and implement tailored trauma recovery strategies, focusing on enhancing resilience and promoting healing.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including EMDR and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to provide individualized therapy sessions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients process trauma, learn effective coping mechanisms, and set achievable recovery goals.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to create integrated treatment plans that address our clients' comprehensive needs.

• Provide crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies to ensure immediate care and guidance for clients.

• Educate clients and their families on the effects of trauma, coping strategies, and available resources for ongoing support.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, leveraging electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and continued professional development opportunities that focus on trauma-informed care.

• Stay informed of the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of our clinic's treatment programs.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current, valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, preferably with a focus on trauma.

• Expertise in trauma-informed therapy techniques and an understanding of trauma-related diagnoses is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
