Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories, ensuring an understanding of their unique experiences.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and resilience-building strategies.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Leading both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients articulate and process their trauma while learning effective coping strategies.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to provide integrative care that addresses the holistic needs of our patients.

• Providing immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing trauma-related emergencies, ensuring timely and effective assistance.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
