Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with established standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The counselor will provide support primarily to adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a mental health professional, such as Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A clean record free from disciplinary actions by any licensing boards.
\n
• Strong therapeutic skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective documentation of client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience delivering psychotherapy to adult clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
