Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, mental health counselors will engage in various responsibilities that directly contribute to the mental health outcomes of our clients. Key tasks include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical intakes to assess clients' mental health needs and developing appropriate treatment plans.

• Providing individual and group psychotherapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation and adhering to state licensure requirements.

• Participating in quarterly team meetings and weekly supervision sessions that focus on skill enhancement and peer feedback.

• Collaborating with fellow clinicians on treatment strategies to ensure the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counseling services primarily serve clients aged 9 years and older, including adolescents and adults. The ideal candidate will engage with a diverse clientele, assisting individuals through therapeutic techniques to address a spectrum of mental health challenges. Counselors will utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, ensuring that each client receives personalized care aimed at improving their mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.

• Current licensure as a mental health counselor (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) is required.

• Ability to maintain adequate Professional Liability Insurance coverage.
