Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions with empathy and professionalism, addressing various mental, emotional, and behavioral challenges.

• Implement an array of therapeutic approaches, tailoring your methods to meet the unique needs and goals of each client. Techniques may include cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and more.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Family and Marriage Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a mental healthcare setting is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
