Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their specific needs, goals, and challenges associated with substance use disorders.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s recovery process.

• Facilitate engaging individual counseling sessions using techniques such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy to empower clients.

• Lead dynamic group therapy sessions, providing a supportive space for clients to share experiences and learn from one another as they progress in their recovery journey.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and addiction specialists to ensure integrated care, discussing client progress and adjusting treatment approaches as necessary.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, utilizing your expertise to support clients during moments of acute distress or substance-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about addiction, effective recovery strategies, and available community resources to foster a supportive network.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development to remain informed of the latest trends in substance use treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on individuals struggling with substance use disorders, ranging from early recovery phases to those in need of relapse prevention support. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• In-depth knowledge of substance use disorders, treatment modalities, and a recovery-oriented approach is essential.

• Demonstrated experience providing both individual and group therapy in addiction treatment settings.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating empathy, patience, and understanding in dealing with clients.

• Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries, ensuring ethical compliance, and upholding patient confidentiality.

• Comfortable with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficient in standard office software applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this rewarding position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, supplemented by performance-based bonuses. We also offer a generous sign-on bonus to candidates who demonstrate the necessary expertise and fit.
