Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of working entirely remotely, allowing you to engage with patients from the comfort of your home while utilizing telehealth technology. The position operates within a structured schedule, generally Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although some flexibility may be needed based on patient availability and requirements. You will be equipped with the necessary tools, including secure telehealth software and electronic health records (EHR) systems, to deliver effective care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments through video consultations to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans .

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to deliver targeted interventions to individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead support and psychoeducational groups remotely, fostering community and engagement among participants facing similar mental health issues.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive patient care and follow-up.

• Provide crisis intervention services during urgent mental health situations, utilizing de-escalation techniques and clinical judgment.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions and available treatment options, as well as community resources that can assist in their recovery.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards while utilizing our EHR systems efficiently.

• Engage in regular professional development and case consultations to enhance clinical skills and stay informed of advancements in mental health therapy.

Your work will touch the lives of a wide spectrum of individuals – from those addressing common issues like anxiety and depression to those grappling with more complex disorders including bipolar disorder and substance abuse. Our patients come from diverse backgrounds and vary in age, making cultural competency and sensitivity essential in delivering effective therapeutic support. By understanding each patient's unique circumstances, you will play a pivotal role in their journey towards healing.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Licensure: Valid and current licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in California.

• Expertise: Profound knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities, with a robust skill set in developing treatment plans.

• Therapeutic Experience: Experience in delivering individual and group therapy to diverse populations.

• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport with patients.

• Professionalism: Strong judgment, adherence to ethical standards, and commitment to professional boundaries.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EHR systems and general computer applications essential for remote service delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in outpatient settings or telehealth environments is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 , commensurate with experience.
