Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The counselor will predominantly work with adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred but not required.

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent certification.

• Proven experience in delivering individual and/or group therapy with a demonstrable passion for client care.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a community health setting is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n
