Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations, employing validated tools to identify clients' mental health requirements and formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy services—both individually and in group settings—incorporating a variety of therapeutic methods such as CBT, EMDR, and DBT tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Work closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other professionals to provide coordinated and holistic care, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support.

• Offer crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress, utilizing your skills in de-escalation and support methods to stabilize and guide clients through emergencies.

• Participate in community outreach efforts and educational initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and facilitating community engagement.

Qualifications\n

• A fully independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Cultural competence and sensitivity, enabling successful interactions with individuals from various backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads efficiently, coupled with timely and accurate documentation practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of relevant experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably in a community mental health or telehealth setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
