Work Environment\n

This position allows for a flexible remote work setting, offering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. Although therapists work from home, our team remains connected through regular virtual meetings and case consultations, ensuring that all members are aligned in their dedication to comprehensive patient care. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to gather detailed information about patients' histories, current conditions, and their unique therapeutic needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based interventions; modalities may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other established approaches.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and non-judgmental environment conducive to personal growth.

• Conduct psychoeducational workshops and support groups, providing valuable resources and fostering community connections among participants.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic treatment strategies and ensure comprehensive care for every patient.

• Provide crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating sound judgment in high-pressure situations.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation for all client interactions in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

As a therapist at Resilient Recovery, you will work with individuals grappling with various conditions, including severe mental illnesses and less acute challenges, thereby gaining invaluable experience across the mental health spectrum.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
\n
• Deep understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough assessments and create actionable treatment plans.
\n
• Experience providing therapy to individuals and groups from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport and trust with clients effectively.

• Strong ethical judgment and a commitment to maintaining professional boundaries.

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and various digital communication tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n
