Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and effectively engage with clients.

• A compassionate and non-judgmental nature, ensuring a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage client schedules and therapy sessions efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Carmelite Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with caseload and experience. Additional benefits include:
