Work Environment\n

This position offers the unique advantage of a remote work setup while also having the option to engage with clients in an outpatient office setting as needed. Full-time LPCs will typically work Monday to Friday, with standard hours consisting of eight-hour shifts, while part-time roles offer flexible scheduling from Monday to Saturday, accommodating the varying demands of our clients and your availability.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to better understand client circumstances and to establish effective treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions that encompass various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.

• Work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams, promoting comprehensive care for clients while consulting with psychologists, physicians, and other healthcare providers.

• Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, as well as our organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
