Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with patients facing complex medical conditions along with mental health challenges, including but not limited to chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, and substance use disorders. By addressing these co-occurring conditions, you will help patients cultivate better overall health and improve their quality of life through innovative and compassionate care.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Colorado.

  Proven ability to address the mental health needs of individuals grappling with medical complexities.

  Experience in delivering integrated care and collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

  Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  Adherence to professional boundaries, ethical standards, and patient confidentiality protocols.

  Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
