Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards to protect patient information.

• Actively participate in team meetings, case conferences, and interdisciplinary care planning sessions to promote collaborative treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our ideal patient population includes individuals experiencing co-occurring medical conditions such as autoimmune disorders, chronic pain, and substance use disorders. As a therapist, your role is to understand the complexities of each patient's situation, addressing both their psychological and physical health needs to foster comprehensive healing and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R, Licensed Psychoanalyst, Psychologist, or LMFT in the state of New York.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in addressing the mental health needs of individuals with complex health conditions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport-building with patients and collaboration with colleagues.

• Proficient in maintaining professional boundaries and adherence to ethical guidelines, ensuring adherence to patient confidentiality.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software platforms is necessary for effective documentation and care coordination.

• A strong capability to function effectively within an interdisciplinary team dynamic.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
