Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gauge clients' mental health needs, establishing rapport and trust during initial sessions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic modalities that align with each client's unique circumstances.

• Offer individual therapy sessions focusing on the personal goals of clients, employing a variety of techniques to address their mental health issues.

• Utilize teletherapy to provide flexible and accessible sessions for clients who prefer virtual interactions or face barriers to in-person visits.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD in your state is necessary to practice.

• Experience in delivering telehealth therapy, particularly for adolescent and young adult clients, is preferred.

• Advanced proficiency with technology is essential, especially in using digital tools like Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHRs).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective client interactions and documentation.
\n
• An empathetic approach combined with professional presentation skills to engage clients compassionately.

• A reliable internet connection and a dedicated space conducive to maintaining client confidentiality are prerequisites for remote work.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2-3 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Preference for those who have certifications in evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or similar methodologies.
