Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans, as well as providing consultations to create effective pre-crisis and crisis strategies.

• Timely and accurately complete all required documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as specified by the clinical team to assess client needs effectively.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to formulate and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to each client.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, bolstering the clinic’s standards of care.

• Maintain open communication with relevant service systems and community partners to ensure integrated support for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
