Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), LCSW-R, Licensed Psychoanalyst, Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.

• Strong knowledge and experience in providing services to individuals with co-occurring medical and mental health conditions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that enable effective relationships with patients and team members.
