Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately conceptualize clients’ mental health needs and to craft individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions using various evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed practices, tailored to the unique concerns of each client.

• Collaborating closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic, coordinated care and the best possible outcomes for our clients.

• Providing crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and strategy to clients experiencing acute emotional distress or emergencies.
\n
• Engaging in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and reduce societal stigma related to mental health disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Our clinic is committed to serving individuals facing complexities such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications:

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Exemplification of cultural competence, with sensitivity to the needs of a varied client base.
\n
• Strong organizational skills, ensuring thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates who have at least two years of post-licensure experience delivering mental health therapy, particularly those who have demonstrated success in outpatient settings. Experience with crisis intervention is highly valuable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
