Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a compelling caseload of clients, ensuring that relationships are built on trust, respect, and professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, evaluate well-being, and determine appropriate next steps, including discharge when suitable.

• Develop and monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

• Document client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately to uphold compliance and quality standards.

• Administer thorough intake assessments to determine the client’s mental health status and treatment needs.
\n
• Deliver individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, addressing a range of mental health concerns.

• Engage in regular supervision sessions to enhance professional growth and receive constructive feedback.

• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to deliver integrated care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential, with an active status.
