Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake evaluations and assessments to understand clients’ mental health challenges and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques during video or phone therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, documenting progress and adapting treatment strategies as needed.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to enhance therapeutic skills and keep up-to-date with mental health best practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
