Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate occasional evening shifts based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments, integrating an understanding of patients' medical conditions and their impacts on mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse patient population, primarily consisting of individuals dealing with co-occurring mental health and medical issues. As a therapist, you will be instrumental in guiding these patients through complex therapeutic journeys, ensuring they receive holistic care that addresses both mental and physical health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

• Strong proficiency in providing care for patients with co-occurring medical conditions, demonstrating understanding of integrated care models.
